Finding the Good in Yourself
I did a post about positive affirmations and how it’s important to be kind to ourselves. I gave some examples of affirmations to say that would help make you feel better. I wanted to do this follow up post to see if it helped anyone.

I know. I had to think about some also. It’s easy to see the good in others, but not always in ourselves. We do need to keep our good qualities in mind though.
