Losing Weight and Getting Healthy, I eat carbs from vegetables and some fruits mostly. I have been getting between 80-150 carbs a day the last few weeks. I try to stay under 100 but don't always make it. I do need to up my water more.

I took measurments a while back. I will check again soon to see if anything has changed. I haven't noticed a change in the way my clothes fit yet though.

		<description>Kudos to you. Dieting is hard work. At least that is what is stopping me. I see how much I need to loose and how long it is going to take and I feel dejected before I get started. I am going to give it the old college try one more time. Some weight loss is better than no weight loss!</description>
